We deliver within Germany as long as the stock it reaches. You take the delivery time please from the product description. We calculate to you within Germany a forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 6.90 Euros (plus of a perhaps COD charge) or 14.90 Euros (plus of a perhaps COD charge) with express train service. By deliveries with a commodity value of more than 500 Euros we calculate in Germany no forwarding expenses-all-inclusive.
EU-wide
We deliver within the countries of the European Union as long as the stock it reaches. You take the delivery time please from the product description. We calculate to you within the European Union a forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 24.90 Euros or 39.90 Euros with express train service. By deliveries with a commodity value of more than 1000 Euros we calculate in the European Union no forwarding expenses-all-inclusive. With dealers within the EU the forwarding expenses are calculated without German VAT rate.
Internationally
We deliver in countries beyond the European Union as long as the stock it reaches. The delivery time amounts as a rule between five and ten working days, however, can vary from country to country. We calculate for deliveries beyond the European Union a forwarding expenses-all-inclusive of 49.90 Euros. The forwarding expenses-all-inclusive gets on without VAT. By deliveries with a commodity value of more than 1500 Euros we calculate in countries beyond the European Union no forwarding expenses-all-inclusive.
The payment of the products occurs by credit card, advance payment or in Germany, in addition, also cash on delivery (plus of the COD charge). The payment kinds can vary according to customer group. Speedbrain GmbH reserves itself the exclusion of certain payment kinds after the result of a credit investigation.
By delivery on calculation you undertake to pay the invoice amount within 14 days on receipt of the product. In case of a preceding return of parts of delivery the invoice amount can be shortened accordingly. On payment cash on delivery the purchase price (without COD charges) is refunded for returned product. In addition please call to us your bank connection.
Should you get with the payment in default, Speedbrain GmbH reserves itself to charge for overdue fines at the rate of 3.50 Euros. For the case of the default the customer commits himself to the substitute of all expenses, business expenses and cash expenditures which originate to us from pursuit corresponding to purpose of our claims. Belong to the expenses of the demand collection, regardless of a trial-juridical food liability to pay damages also all extrajudicial expenses (according to rate) of a licensed collection institute and an appointed sollicitor.
